Phase 1: Pre-Onboarding Preparation (The "White Glove" Set-up)

1. Dedicated Onboarding Specialist: You are assigned a specific, knowledgeable individual as the primary contact.
2. Customer Profile & Customization:
• Pre-load Data: Utilize the information from the sign-up forms to pre-populate the customer's HiveQR portal with their specific forklift units, locations (buildings).
• QR Code Generation & Delivery: Have the unique, encrypted QR code decals printed and ready for immediate deployment.  Shipped direct to the customer.
3. Access & Permissions Setup: Set up user accounts and roles (e.g., inspectors, supervisors, Admin) in advance, with appropriate access permissions.
4. Welcome Digital Kit/Materials:
• Receive a personalized welcome email with login credentials and a link to their unique portal.
• Receive a digital “Quick Start Guide".
• Receive an introductory “How To” videos.
